This Beautiful 1964 Ford Thunderbird Convertible was purchased from the original registered owner in California at Geary Motors Sales Company in San Francisco and is loaded with all original equipment! An extremely nice example of a clean no rust car with 93,776 miles! In a rare color combination of Samoan Coral with black interior and black top, which has the electric opening and trunk lifting for a completely disappearing top! An immensely collectible convertible!! An all original 390 cubic inch 300HP engine with 10.1:1 compression ratio, and topped with a four barrel carburetor with a Cruise-O-Matic transmission and turning over the wheels after going through a 3 to 1 rear end gear ratio. It has been repainted in the correct enamel color code paint of L Samoan Coral. All of the body panels are original including the chrome and glass right down to the interior carpet which is protected by a set of reproduction Thunderbird logo floormats. The black convertible top is a recent quality replacement. The engine compartment has been freshened up and detailed. Everything on the car works perfectly including the convertible top, power windows, and swing away steering column. The mechanical restoration of this beauty includes control arm and bushing replacement and wheel alignment, U-joints, rear leaf springs! Timing chain set and cover gasket, cylinder heads resurfaced and new gaskets, intake manifold gaskets, exhaust manifold gaskets, oil pan gasket.
