Engine
.030 over factory 425 nailhead V8. (430 cu. in.) Fully Balanced & Blueprinted. TRW forged pistons, Speed Pro plasma moly rings, ported heads, Chet Herbert split pattern (steel) cam – forged rods & crank. Crane ignition, custom cera-metallic coated headers, and custom exhaust system. -
ARP Head bolts.
Rare 1966 spread bore intake manifold and fully tweaked 750 CFM Carb Shop Q-Jet 4 barrel carburetor.
Huge torque – BIG power!!
Carter EKE (Engine Knock Eliminator) electronic black box anti- knock/detonation sensor, fully adjustable. (Enables car to run great on unleaded REGULAR gas!)
Accessory Frantz Oil Cleaner. (Two (2) engine oil filters plus 1 qt increase in capacity). Mobil One synthetic oil for last 25 years.
(2) Fuel Pumps (new mechanical and Mallory Electric)
High Performance (26 fins per inch) radiator. New starter.
850 CCA (Cold Cranking Amps) battery (only 1 year old)
Transmission/Differential
“Bullet Proof†Super Turbo 400 switch pitch auto trans. by Phoenix Transmissions. Less than 1K miles, with auxiliary trans filter. Fully adjustable vacuum shift modulator.
Positraction differential -- 3:23 ratio.
