"This vehicle is titled as a 1987 Ford Conversion. In 1987 the Floater Company built this unit on a 1976 LN750 Ford Tuck for the Colerain Twp.Fire Dept in Hallsville, Oh. The low mileage is the result of it being used solely as a Dry Hydrant Water Transport Unit.

Tank is baffled and relief valve for pressure can be adjusted for whatever water pressure is desired. Pressure to vacuum switch is located at rear of unit close to tank valves. Pump is PTO driven with engine locking throttle to set rpms. At 1100 RPMS 3' Hose will not keep up causing relief valve to open at 20"volume. Rpms can be set higher for pump using 6' hoses. PTO drive for the pump has a governor setting of 1500 rpms. Manuals for pump and other tanker components are included.
